On November 14 and 15, 2024, the ELLAS project will participate in the prestigious SheSTEM event, organized by the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente (UAO) in Colombia. This event, held online and free of charge, aims to promote women’s leadership in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
The program will feature ELLAS representatives in two unmissable sessions:
- Thursday, November 14:
Karen Ribeiro, from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT), Brazil, will present the talk “Women in Tech: Empowering Change While Living It.” - Friday, November 15:
Franci López, from the University of Lima (ULIMA), Peru, will speak on “ELLAS: Equality in Leadership for Latin America STEM”.
