This work presents the evolution of the construction of institutions aimed at providing equal employment opportunities for men and women in Bolivia. It places special emphasis on identifying national regulations (laws, supreme decrees, international agreements, and formal state regulations) that encourage integration into the labor market in STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
