Valores no Projeto de IHC: Incorporando Qualidades Feministas

Feminist Human-Computer Interaction defines six qualities of interaction: Advocacy, Self-disclosure, Embodiment, Ecology, Participation and Pluralism. Related studies indicate that these qualities are rarely included explicitly in scientific or practical investigations. Furthermore, there is no defined methodology for designing or assessing these qualities in HCI. This work presents the results of a study to integrate the qualities of Feminist HCI with the Value Pie, conceptual scheme for value-sensitive design. The results indicate that the feminist dimension included in Value Pie supported reflection on values related to feminist qualities and, together with Value Pie, they become a promising approach for incorporating qualities into value-sensitive design.
